THE COMPANIES OFFICE OF JAMAICA WISHES TO ADVISE THAT EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2007, ALL CHARGE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE PRINTED ON OUR SECURITY PAPER FEATURES OF THE SECURITY PAPER ARE 1. TOUCH SAFE (word “valid” appears when you touch or breathe on this area) 2. TAMPER SAFE (hologram which shows initials ORC, padlocks, keys and the word ‘safe’ when viewed at different angles) 3. METALLIC SAFE (shows number series of security paper and changes when viewed at different angles) 4. The words ‘COPY’, ‘VOID’, ‘Unauthorized’ appear as watermarks on the duplicated document if the paper is photocopied or reproduced WE HOPE THAT THIS MEASURE WILL ENHANCE THE LEVEL OF PROTECTION WE OFFER TO YOU OUR CUSTOMERS
